UK delivery services - standard post
Stock permitting, we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Orders on our standard delivery service are sent by Royal Mail. So, they should arrive within four days of the order being received by us. Because of the high volume of orders during Sale period, please allow 7-10 working days for delivery. Your parcel should fit through your letterbox so you do not need to be there when it arrives.
international delivery - BFPO addresses
We welcome orders from all BFPO addresses. Please select the UK as the country for your delivery address, and select 'UK Standard Post' as the delivery method. Express delivery is not available to BFPO addresses.

payment for international orders
Orders must be paid for by credit card. Local import duties may be payable on receipt.
VAT
All prices include UK VAT (Value Added Tax). They do not take into account any VAT reductions you may be entitled to.
customs and duty
If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes that must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges.
stock availability
Our website checks stock availability when you add an item to your shopping bag. If the items are added, they are in stock. If they are not in stock, you will see an error message on the shopping bag page telling you which of the items you wanted are unavailable. We do our best to keep all items in stock. However, some items sell out quicker than anticipated, and there can be long lead times for production.
advance orders
If an item is out of stock and you still wish to place an order, we can take an advance order by telephone (0870 333 0411) and will advise as to when we expect delivery and will send it out as soon as we receive it. If there is any further delay we will notify you in writing and ask that you reconfirm whether you would still like the order to be sent to you. You will not be charged until the goods leave the warehouse.
split orders
If some items go out of stock after you have placed your order, we may split your order. In this case, we will only charge you one delivery charge and will send the subsequent delivery free of charge.
