    No Quibble Returns Policy
    If you are not delighted with the underwear you have chosen, please return it to us within 14 days. We will be happy to refund or exchange goods provided they are in perfect condition, unworn, and in their original packaging. Delivery and gift wrapping charges are not refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer-damaged items (statutory rights not affected). PLEASE NOTE- ALL SALE GOODS ARE FINAL SALE AND ONLY RETURNABLE IF FAULTY.


    Returns Procedure
    Just follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed with your order, which includes a guide to the cost of postage required to return your goods and a detachable label with our address on it.

    Please complete and enclose the Returns Form indicating whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Affix the label to the parcel the goods came in, reseal the box and put on the required postage. (If you are returning a gift, please remember to also include the buyer's name and address).

    When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. We always try to process returns as soon as they arrive. However, during really busy periods, please allow up to 28 days for your return or exchange to be processed. Please note that refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can't stop the payer knowing.



    Legal statement on returns
    Returning any item within 3 months will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or part of your order). Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the three month post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the goods, Bodas will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required. On returned goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold. The contract in respect of sale of goods between Bodas and you requires that you return the goods to Bodas on cancellation. The costs of returning goods to Bodas are borne by you. Orders collected from Bodas incur no handling charge. Bodas can arrange for delivery of products to you if required; this constitutes a separate contract between you and Bodas. In this case, a charge will be made by Bodas for packing, handling and delivery of goods.
