WHERE THE TIME WENT...
45 minutes exercising
1 hour getting ready: showering, washing my hair, dressing and putting on make-up.
1 hour on the phone - talking to builders and architects about re-fitting our Ledbury Road shop, to a web-design company and to a call centre about customer emails
1 hour sending emails on my Blackberry
2 hours travelling: I cycle to and from the office. I'll take a cab if I go out to dinner.
2.5 hours at my computer checking emails; browsing the internet and checking customer feedback online. I also work on Photoshop on our a/w 2007 catalogue
3 hours 45 minutes in meetings. Some are internal - a weekly sales review, a production update, meetings about the design of new lines, some external - with a French lace company, a PR company, reviewing the month's press and new releases.
1 hour having drinks with a potential hire
3 hours eating
7 hours sleeping
